Joe Parfitt – The Litmus Partnership
Joe Parfitt – The Litmus Partnership Ltd.
Joe began his career in residential facilities management in London before moving to the west country to work for Atkins Global. He has worked as a catering and facilities consultant since 2008, specialising in strategic and best value reviews, options appraisals, tenders, contract monitoring and catering design.
His clients include leading independent schools such as St Paul’s School, Wellington College and Bradfield College, various Oxford University colleges and UK universities.
Beyond education, Joe has led projects at the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon), the House of Commons, Welsh Government, and Eversheds Sutherland.
Joe is a Licenced Partner for Vested Outsourcing, and has introduced the principals of Vested into many of the client contracts he has supported, believing firmly in equitable arrangements that deliver measurable benefits for both parties through longer-term strategic partnerships.
Joe graduated from The London School of Economics with a BSc Honours Degree and holds a Level 4 Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute.

Julian Fris – Neller Davies
Julian has experience in facilities and hospitality management as client, contractor and consultant.
Notable roles include managing the BBC’s facilities and was appointed Head of Catering, and was responsible for the total food service activities across all UK sites – feeding nearly 50,000 people in over 500 sites along with location and event catering. Prior to the BBC he was Business Development Director for Marriott Management Services (now Sodexo), where he doubled the divisional turnover in two years through a mix of innovative bids and hands-on implementation.
At Neller Davies, which he founded in 2005, he is involved in strategy development, outsourcing & contract management for the NHS, Citi Group, HSBC, Freshfields, Close Bros, R W Baird & Co, Zurich Investments and the Royal Albert Hall.
Julian is a Licenced Partner for Vested Outsourcing bringing collaboration at the heart of any business relationship.
Julian is Degree qualified and a certified member of IWFM as well associated with RICS, CIPS, IoD & IoH.
He is a green belt Six Sigma practitioner.

Valerie Bonnin – Incendium
Valerie has dedicated her career to supporting corporates, both in the public and private sector, In ensuring their Real Estate and Facilities Management functions and services best support the business and run efficiently.
Valerie started her career at PWC, she then moved to Deloitte Real Estate Consulting for 12 years where she was one of the directors leading FM and RE outsourcing projects.
5 years ago, Valerie joined forces with a number of long-term consulting expert fellows and came into Incendium Consulting, a young RE and FM SME, to further develop our Target Operating Model and procurement practice. Incendium has supported over 25 clients (many on a global scale) in the last 5 years in developing operating models, procuring over £5bn of services spend and mobilising the new model.
An economist by background, Valerie has always had a keen interest in behavioural economics and its application to procurement and contracts. Valerie led the Incendium advisory team supporting bp in the development of their operating model and approach to market prior to a global outsourcing RE and FM contract. Vested was chosen as the preferred approach by bp and thus Valerie and the team supported bp through their Vested journey alongside a team of advisors. As part of this journey, Valerie and two of her colleagues also undertook the full University of Tennessee course and became Certified Deal Architects. Incendium also became a Vested licenced partner.

Hugh Williams – EFESCO
Hugh Williams has been consulting in supply chain for more than 35 years and delivered millions of pounds of business improvement to clients all over the world. The experience of working alongside Dr Eli Goldratt, who wrote ‘The Goal’ and conceived the ‘Theory of Constraints’ (TOC), inspired Hugh’s successful consulting career and his business venture, Hughenden Consulting, which he launched in 2001. Hughenden joined forces with EFESO Consulting in 2017, a global and fast-growing consultancy headquartered in Paris, France.
Hugh specialises in mentoring senior executives on how their companies can change, manage and profit from organisational complexity by truly understanding and implementing End-To-End Supply Chain Thinking, including collaboration outside their businesses. He also delivers a high impact range of services, which create dialogue, challenge understanding and generate buy-in between project sponsors, senior management colleagues and across functional silos.
Already a well-known speaker, Hugh chairs many different conferences around the world, bringing his ability to invoke and encourage debate and discussion and interaction with the audience, combining this with humour and a very deep knowledge and understanding of End-To-End supply chain.
His role in EFESO Consulting in the Value Chain practice means he continues to support major clients, to deliver high impact and highly interactive workshops and events and, through his conference facilitation, to bring the expertise of EFESO to a global audience.
Hugh has worked with Kate Vitasek and the Vested movement for more than 5 years, helping to build the knowledge and understanding of the huge benefits that this change of thinking and approach to relational contracting can bring.

Hannah Koole-Browne
With a background in Audit and by trade, a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Hannah’s career has transitioned into leading global programme management project, focussing on the FM and Real Estate sector.
Hannah started her career at KPMG where she gained her accountancy qualifications and then moved into contracting into global transformation and procurement projects. Hannah joined Incendium as Associate Director in 2020.
With a degree in Psychology, Hannah has a strong interest in human drivers and the impact this has on organisational behaviour. Hannah led the PMO function for bp’s global re procurement project, including the approach to market in which Vested was chosen as the preferred approach. Hannah was an integral part of the ‘deal team’ and became a Certified Deal Architect.
Lizzie Rolley
A Chartered Surveyor by background, Lizzie has worked with corporate clients throughout her career, providing global strategy, account management and consulting within the Corporate Real Estate sector.
Lizzie started her career in the traditional Surveying sector and soon transitioned to an international corporate real estate focus, particularly enjoying the holistic lens.
Lizzie joined Incendium in 2019 and has been an integral part of bp’s global IFM and Real Estate services procurement project from an early stage. Lizzie was part of the deal team for the Vested agreement and led the development of several core components of the MVA. Lizzie has a particular interest in human behaviour and how this impacts the efficiency of not only workplaces but also now procurement and organisational design and business models. As part of the journey with bp, Lizzie understood the University of Tennessee course and became a Certified Deal Architect.
