“HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO DO THIS COURSE?”
This course consists of 11 self-paced online topics each less than 20 minutes.  The online portion of the course will take less slightly over three hours to complete. However, you will need additional time to work through the toolkits and create the deliverables.  The time will vary significantly based on how many gaps you identified based on your Readiness Assessment. 

In large and complex relationships we have seen organizations take up to six months to close their gaps in readiness. However, we have also seen partners efficiently close their readiness gaps in a one day workshop with the right stakeholders in the room. If you are under a time pressure we highly recommend working with a Vested Center of Excellence to facilitate a Readiness Workshop.

HOW DOES THE GETTING READY ONLINE COURSE WORK?

You can complete the online topics at your own pace and go back as much as needed to review previous topics.  The course comes with a toolkit to help you get ready for your Vested journey.
