The University of Tennessee’s Certified Deal Architects (CDAs) are individuals who have earned our prestigious certification for experience in the art, science and practice of crafting strategic partnerships. CDAs must complete an extensive 1- to 2-year program that consists of both lectures and hands-on work in creating a successful Vested agreement. Individuals are only awarded CDA status after they have proven their competence and have successfully led the implementation of a Vested agreement.
